We faced the thought of fitting out and furnishing a new build apartment with some trepidation as this was a completely new experience for us! However we need not have worried. From the first time we met we were very impressed by your professionalism and efficiency. You were very patient in spending time with us on several occasions, making sure we had a coordinated, practical approach to the interior design. Whilst we should be speaking better German we also appreciated that you spoke and write fluent English. Thank you.
We chose a complete package and you provided us with everything we could possibly need down to the sugar dispenser and teaspoons. Everything you provided was of high quality and good value. All our questions were answered promptly and efficiently despite all the work you had on other projects at a very busy time of year.
We were so pleased when we walked into the apartment on the first day and were astounded by the effect. All we had to do was unpack the china and bedlinen!
We would have no hesitation in recommending Mountain Concept to any of your prospective clients.

Now that the furniture deliveries, installation and handover have been completed, I would like to express our satisfaction about the work done by Mountain Concept. First of all, Mountain Concept has been very careful in advising us up front on the choice of furnitures so we get the right balance between practical, aesthetic and economical aspects. Secondly, Mountain Concept has kept us very well informed about delivery times and progress of work. Small correction of plans have been handled smoothly and professional during the course of the work and finally the instalment of furnitures has been completed without any problems. Buying an apartment in Austria is something that most of us do not do regularly and so is the furnishing , so we were quite
happy to hear from our real estate broker that there was a company by the name of Mountain Concept who could assist us in furnishing our apartment from Kitchen to Bedroom and from Television to Teaspoon. Right from the first moment we met Gerhard we had the feeling that our wishes and ideas were understood and this resulted
in a tasteful and practical furnishing of our house. Although the deadline was tight Gerhard managed to finalize everything he had promised !!

The whole process from viewing, to purchase and furnishing was made very easy for us. We could not have done without the services of Mountain Concept. Gerhard was so helpful and patient, guiding
us through a very hectic few hours of choosing a fitted kitchen and all the furniture options. Gerhard has a wide selection of styles and prices in the furniture he offers and his advice on making good choices when also considering a rental market was invaluable. All our enquiries, however small, were replied to promptly and we were kept well informed of the schedule and sent photographic updates. We chose a full ‘turn key’ package from MountainConcept and it was wonderful to arrive for our first visit and have everything we needed in the apartment.
